When did you finally decide to join Facebook?

Personally, I was one of the people who waited as long as possible, or so I thought at the time. I joined Facebook back in July 2011, and I kind of thought the fad was on its way out when I joined. It has been two and a half years, and it is still going.

I joined several years ago while still in high school, but I didn't care much about it to become addicted to it.

For me it was early/mid 2006 when I was still in college, but I didn't really use it actively until late 2008.

No idea real reason why joined Facebook but become useful tool to upload videos and photos my daughter for rest my family to see as Parents live 1 hour drive any my wife's Parent live 3 hours drive so main reason why on there now.
